Neurolinguistic Programming
A therapeutic approach that takes full advantage of the gift of neuroplasticity, where an individual can understand their earlier learnt perceptions, thought processes and unhealthy behavior patterns and develop or “model” and replicate successful patterns to achieve desired changes in thinking and behavior and benefit in areas like communication, anxiety, and self-image.

Gestalt Therapy
The therapy concentrates on the "here and now.” The concept of “unfinished business” is addressed wherein unexpressed emotions or unresolved conflicts are explored using various experiential exercises.

EFT Emotional Freedom Technique
The key principle of EFT is rooted in the idea that negative emotions are caused by disruptions in the body’s energy system, known as meridians. The technique integrates a mental focus on the emotional issue with a physical act of tapping, creating a synergistic release by Meridian Stimulation.
